With the development of mechatronics, computer signals have been widely used in slip rings. As an internationally renowned slip ring manufacturer, JINPAT has high technical expertise in the field of slip rings for computer signal integration. The company has developed over a thousand models of computer signal integrated products, including slip rings that integrate high-definition video signals such as DP and HDMI, as well as slip rings that integrate high-speed data signals such as USB 2.0/3.0 and100M/1G Ethernet.
Among these slip rings, the production and application of slip rings that integrate high-definition video signals such as DP and HDMI are relatively less, and the production of products that integrate USB 3.0 signals is also relatively limited due to the large diameter limitation of the slip rings. USB 2.0 is more widely used for transmission in slip rings due to its more relaxed environment requirements. Similarly, Ethernet signals, which are composed of different twisted pairs, have better adapt ability in slip rings than the above three signals, so their product models and production are the most in JINPAT computer signal integrated slip rings.
First of all, in terms of the volume of slip rings, USB, DP, and HDMI signals can only be transmitted in small-sized capsule or pancake slip rings, while Ethernet signal integrated slip rings support transmission in hollow axis slip rings with a maximum diameter of 300mm. This is JINPAT technical capability. Currently, many slip ring manufacturers cannot develop Ethernet signal integrated slip rings with such a large aperture.
The impedance matching of 1G Ethernet is more complicated, so its applicable transmission aperture is slightly smaller. JINPAT products can support transmission in slip rings with through holes within160mm, which is also a leading technology in the industry. Currently, JINPAT has developed multiple types of 300mm through-hole 100M Ethernet signal integrated slip rings and multiple types of medium and large aperture 1G Ethernet signal slip rings between 100mm and 160mm, which are also in mass production and delivery.
The research and development difficulty of slip rings that integrate Ethernet signals lies in the control of packet loss rate. JINPAT has already achieved the goal of super low packet loss rate with a packet loss rate of 1 for multiple signal packets in mass-produced products. In addition to the super low packet loss rate, JINPAT Ethernet signal integrated slip rings also support up to four products to be connected in series simultaneously, which is a technological capability that many other slip ring manufacturers cannot achieve.
