JINPAT large current slip rings and through bore slip rings can be categorize into solid shaft slip ring and hollow shaft slip ring. And most of the custom slip rings are solid shaft while others are with through-bore. Now we will be looking at some large current slip rings with large through-bore design. Most of the bore diameter exceed 100mm to better be connected with other mechanical parts.

LPA130-031000-01PE-50S is a recently published through bore high power slip ring. This custom large current slip ring is designed for podded propeller system. The working voltage is 450VAC and the power capacity is 1MW. To transmit various signals to the propeller accurately, this custom slip ring integrates 50 weak power signal channels. This is one of the few slip ring models with a large quantity of channel number.

Another model is coded LPA340-03350-04S, this is a custom large current slip ring designed for marine crane. The working voltage of the slip ring is 440VAC and the power module consists of 3 350A power channels. In terms of the signal unit, there are only 4 signal channels at the voltage of 24VAC. A more complex model with pneumatic channel is LPA550-0370-01PE-1510. It is one of the initial model that has a history over 10 years.
