Due to the integration of power and thermocouple signal channels, the carbon brushes used are also different. The signal ring part uses silver graphite carbon brush slip rings with a silver content of over 50%, and the copper graphite carbon brush has a copper content of over 90%. It can be seen that the functions of the two carbon brushes are different, with silver graphite mostly used for transmitting signals, while copper graphite is used for transmitting power.
